Fabio meets.... Fabio!

Both Fabios arrived in Pittsburgh at the same time, so Costumatty and Floofy decided to do some sightseeing together with the Fabios. How awesome is that?!

This is the view of downtown from Mt. Washington. Wait! Someone caught his eye! Was he ogling a hot chick? A long lost paramour?

I think he has a thing for blondes...

Can it be?! It's FABIO! What a coincidence! Can you imagine the attention they attracted???

They admired Heinz Field (in the background) while modeling their new souvenir "GO STEELERS" scarves. Hmmm.... I think I'm going to need to make Fabio a Seahawks scarf when he comes home... that Steeler's one just isn't going to fly in Seattle ;-)

Did you know that Pittsburgh is tghe home of both the original Carnegie Library and the Carnegie Museum of Natural History? Consequently, they have dinosaurs scattered about the city. This T-Rex, complete with cardigan and sneakers, is in front of WQED studios where "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood" was filmed.

The boys were excited to climb on board King Friday and Henrietta Pussycat for a photo op. Costumatty and Floofy were more concerned with whether all the folks watching from the windoes would mind. Now I reallty want to go to Pittsburg to pose with the awesome Mr. Rogers dinosaur!!!

Afterwards, the boys headed home for a nice cup of tea (looks like Free Fabio wasn't on his best behavior during the party).

The End

Thank you so much to Costumatty and Floofy for that awesome tour of Pittsburgh!

Take your exotic little friend to work day

Free for all Fabio arrived safe and sound in Pittsburgh the other day to stay with Floofy. They started off their own version of Take Your Exotic Little Friend To Work Day and even though she would rather have been out playing, at least he was good company. He even offered to drive, but she didn't see where he could be carrying his driver's license, so she thought it would be best if he was the passenger.

Well, Fabio realized that it had been a long time since he had a check-up, and though she tried to tell him he was too old for a physical in the pediatric office, he said that he might be old, but at least he was small, so she said "ok." She's reported back that he passed his complete physical exam with flying colors!

When they got home that evening, Fabio kindly offered to turn pages for Floofy while she practiced her viola.

THEN he got out his own little cello and serenaded her with some Bach Preludes! Is there anything this man can't do?!?!?!

Check out these awesome goodies Floofy got from the box! And thanks to Floofy for sharing the pictures! As a side note, one of my coworkers hand turned the nostepinne that Floofy took from the box. It was made of fiddleback maple which was extra special since Floofy plays the viola. Yay!

Footsie visits costumatty

Finally! Some pictures of Footsie's adventures :-)

Here he is meeting costumatty's dog. This may be the first time that Gideon, a 5lb yorkie, was sniffing level with anyone other than another yorkie.

And here he is meeting one of the neighborhood ladies. She might be a bit old for him, but she was very excited to meet Fabio!

Yesterday he did a bit of work, and we're sorry to say it, but highlighting definitely isn't his forte. Good thing he has his looks to fall back on ;-)

This morning he decided to sleep in then just laze about. Who knew Fabio was an American Girl fan???

thanks to costumatty for sharing her awesome pictures with us!
